The Park Road....Wow what a great State Road Job!
The Park Road, down from Droop Park, looks fantastic...what a great job by the Hillsboro State Road. Thanks. I/m always happy to see jobs well done and pride taken in performance. |

And may I add that the State Road is doing a great job on the Huntersville to Marlinton Route. I do wish that the DOH would pick up all those bags of garbage that the Corrections folks piled up from their good work. |

Speaking of Community Corrections, I want to thank Commissioner Fleming for joining with me to give new direction to the program by voting to go with Randolph County and the North Central Region. Even with a rather bumpy start, the program is making a real difference and has tremendous potential. The DUI class has already started, GED programs are underway, college classes are available, AA meetings are going on, and needed community service projects are being performed five days a week. |

The road was manicured. Graded, graveled, compacted, trenched etc. an outstanding job for a "dirt" road. |

When it comes to maintaining the rds. in PC, our/your highway dept. can't be beat!!!Now if you could only get them to leave the political signs alone they'd be 100%! |
