My Question to County Realtors

What are you selling?
I still see ads touting lots and houses in the County as having scenic mountain views etc. Yet some of these same realtors are pushing for gas drilling and leasing. So my question is how can one be both at once and do you reveal to buyers when you are showing property that the view you are "selling" them is under lease which you may have solicited yourself. What are we really? A community that has an identity and inner sense or are we merely whatever sells?
